These terms cover your use of BlokeBuilder's website, portal and services. (Have these reviewed by a lawyer before launch.)

Services

BlokeBuilder provides consulting, mentoring, troubleshooting and development help for software projects. Hourly sessions are advisory and hands-on help; fixed-price and done-for-you work is delivered according to a written scope agreed before work starts.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Price Promise: once a price is agreed in writing, it does not change. There are no hidden fees, extra costs or surprise invoices. Any new work you ask for outside the agreed scope is only done after you approve a separate price first.
• Paid sessions are payable online via Stripe or by invoice.
• Monthly Care plans renew automatically and can be cancelled any time from your portal. Included hours don't roll over.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

No guarantees

App Store and Google Play approval decisions are made by Apple and Google. BlokeBuilder cannot guarantee approval, specific results, revenue or timelines outside an agreed written scope.

Your code & accounts

You own your code, accounts and intellectual property. BlokeBuilder works inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke at any time.

Security

You agree not to send BlokeBuilder passwords, private keys, seed phrases or secret API keys through the website, email or uploads.
